RGC Quality Criteria Requirements
   • Basis #1 Yellow Soybeans
   • Test weight: 54.0 lbs/bu. min.
   • Moisture: 14.0% max.
   • Foreign material: 1.0% max.
   • Splits: 10% max.
   • Soybeans of other colors: 1.0% max.
   • Heat Damage: Zero tolerance
   • Market Scale shall apply 

 RGC Basic Contract Requirements
   • Contract with Rabbe Grain Company
   • Purchase and plant Galena Genetics Excel Roundup Ready® soybean varieties approved by RGC
     for this 2010 crop program.
