per acre when using specific Galena Genetics brand soybean varieties.

   • PREMIUM - $1.40 per bushel
   • STORAGE  - Free until August 1, 2011
   • MULTIPLE DELIVERY LOCATIONS –
      • Sherburn, MN
      • Trimont, MN
   • DELIVERY WINDOWS – Harvest delivery and        buyers call throughout 2010/2011

Quality Criteria Requirements

   • Basis #1 Yellow Soybeans
   • Test weight: 54.0 lbs/bu. min.
   • Moisture: 13.0% max.
   • Foreign material: 1.0% max.
   • Splits: 10% max.
   • Soybeans of other colors: 1.0% max.
   • Heat Damage: Zero tolerance
   • Non-GMO Purity: 99.0% min. – EACH LOAD   
     MUST PASS STRIP TEST

   • Contract with Rabbe Grain Company
   • Purchase and plant Galena Genetics soybean
      varieties approved by RGC
      for the 2010 crop Identity Preserved
      program.
   • Preserve the value of your Non-GMO
      soybeans during:
      • Planting
      • Harvesting
      • Storage
      • Delivery

This program is offered by RGC. Galena Genetics is not a party to the program, nor
the underlying contract. Program criteria and requirements are subject to change. Refer
